1. Returns
- You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
- With all tags and labels attached.
- In the original packaging (where applicable).
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.
Non-returnable items include:
- Clearance, final sale, or promotional items marked as non-refundable.
- Customized or personalized products.
- Gift cards.
2. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days(processing time may vary depending on your bank or card issuer).
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
3. Exchanges
- We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
- Customers should return the item for a refund and place a new order.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at dilih.pickleball@gmail.com. We’ll cover return shipping and send a replacement or issue a full refund.
5. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
6. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return:

- We will provide return instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label.
- Ship the item back within the specified timeframe.
